VNIR 402
Description
VNIRTM Cyanine3 NHS Ester is a yellow emitting fluorescence dye used for amino-group labelling in proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides/DNA. The dye is soluble in organic solvents such as DMSO, DMF, and Dichloromethane. Cyanine3 conjugates give less background than TAMRA and most other commonly used fluorescent dyes. Cyanine3 NHS is equivalent of Cy3® NHS ester and also serves as a replacement for Alexa Fluor 546, and DyLight 549.
