VNIR 405
Description
VNIRTM Cyanine5-NHS ester is a red emitting fluorescent dye used for the amino-group labelling in proteins, peptides and oligonucleotides/DNA. The dye is soluble in organic solvents such as DMSO, DMF, and Dichloromethane. Cyanine5 conjugates give less background than TAMRA and most other commonly used fluorescent dyes. Cyanine5 NHS is an analogue of Cy5® NHS ester and also serves as a replacement for Alexa Fluor® 647, CF® Dye 647 and DyLight® 647.
