Description

VNIR^TM ROS is a cell permeable, non toxic, NIR (near infrared) emitting turn-on fluorescent probe for detecting reactive oxygen species. VNIR TM ROS probe in the presence of reactive oxygen converts itself into a DNA binding fluorescent molecule emitting in the NIR region. The dye can detect both normal as well as elevated levels of reactive oxygen in primary as well as senescent cancer cells.
