Description
VNIRTM Thiazole orange is a green emitting fluoroscent cyanine dye. It is s turn-on fluorescent probe which upon binding to DNA or RNA emits fluorescent light. The dye is cell permeable. The dye can stain various cells like mammalian cell, blood cells, bacteria etc. It is most commonly used in reticulocyte analysis.
