VNIR 215
VNIRTM DNA minor is a red-emitting turn-on fluroscent probe used to detect to dsDNA rich in A-T base pairs. The probe is very specific to dsDNA and does not fluoresce in the presence of G-C rich sequences and, ssDNA, RNA and proteins. The probe can be used in multiple applications including DNA recognition, nuclear staining, and cell cycle analysis.
